Choices CPO 1 Ltd are a specialist commercial lender.

We lend funds usually on a facility or block funding basis to UK businesses.

Our minimum loan facilities are £30,000.

We presently only lend to UK limited companies.

Our loan facilities generally range between £30,000 and £400,000.

Although there is no present upper limit, we focus on the SME market within this range.

Loans are generally for periods of between a minimum of 6 months to a maximum of 4 years.

We only lend on a secured basis, either by way of direct fixed and/or floating charges granted by the borrower and/or third-party guarantors whether corporate or personal.

Our loans are bespoke and designed on a client-by-client basis to meet a borrower’s unique objectives and our operational requirements.

We can turn loan agreements and funding around in as little as 2 business days.

Our funding models generally fall into the following types and styles:

Straight line capital and interest repayment loans, either monthly or weekly / 4 weekly.

Revolving credit

Stocking facilities secured against stock on hand and other general security, revolving weekly

Short term commercial bridges

Our Loan Capital

A combination of our own capital and professional investor capital provides the source of funds for our loans. Our Investor capital is raised via our Frankfurt listed bonds. Further information for qualifying professionals / institutions may be requested by contacting us.
